Start your day with energy and movement to maximize your day. Hope you’re having a great start to your morning. I want to encourage you to make sure that you do a couple of things to get the blood flowing. Get the mind racing. Lift up that hope. Bring your faith to the surface and get ready for an amazing day. My morning routine consists of a couple things that really help me get going. First, I start the morning by grabbing my cup of coffee, resting and centering my mind on the thing that is the most important, which for me is the Bible. Start the day off with the Bible, and then I have physical movement that looks different depending on how much time I have in the day. That could be a ride on my Peloton bike that could be a walk outside in my backyard. That can be as simple as doing five jumping jacks. The important thing is to start moving. It is important to bring movement into the start of my day when you wake up and you’ve got anxiety on the mind. You know what? I’ll snap you out of it. Movement. Do you know what is going to help you change your mindset refocusing on something positive that is life giving? Start your day with energy and movement if you haven’t started yet. It’s not too late.
