The future is just in your imagination. Don’t stress about it. You can paint your future however you want. It hasn’t happened yet. So quit overthinking because what you have envisioned in your mind, that negativity, that “what if”, the dread. None of that has happened. It is a picture you have painted for how the future will play out. You can change that picture. The canvas is yours. So paint a positive picture in your mind of what is to come.
