You can set up your ideal life by setting up your ideal day, the boundaries you set for yourself determine the freedom that you experience. I want to give you an example. When I was first starting to work with a business coach. He sat down with me and he helped walk me through setting up my ideal day. What did I want to happen when I first woke up in the morning? What did I do before I went to the office? What did my time at the office look like? And when did I come home? Once I had a very clear boundary for what my life was going to be. When I went to work, when I came home to work, and how I would structure my day, so many things started to change for me in a positive direction. I talk a lot about this in my podcast, but I want to encourage you right now, set up what is your ideal day and make it happen. You can start work when you want to. You can cut it off when you want to. The time for a task is like gas in a room. You will take up as much time finishing that task as you allow yourself. The more you constrict yourself and brace yourself to finish, the faster you’ll get it done.
