Good morning, friends, and thank you so much for the feedback that I’m getting. I want to encourage you as you work on your hustle, your grind, your push. I love it. I love all of that extra energy that you’re devoting to yourself in your business, but make rest and recreation a priority in your life. You have to have a break. There will be seasons where you can’t, but you must find time for yourself. I encourage you to pencil in dedicated time for exercise, for recreation, including going on vacations or simply going out to watch a movie and pencil in time for rest. You need rest. I know that you’re great at what you do. I know that if you spend more time doing it on a daily basis, you probably get more done. However, if you don’t pencil in rest, if you don’t pencil in that recreation and that fun, you will burn out. And when you burn out, you hit the ground hard and I don’t want that for you. Make rest and recreation a priority in your life. I’m excited to hear your success stories, my friends, as you go out and have fun. Pencil it in and make it a part of your everyday life. And remember what I said yesterday when exercise, rest and recreation become part of your ideal life or becomes part of your ideal day, then it becomes a part of your life. It becomes a regular part of your life. That’s what I want for you.
