One of the life hacks that I want to encourage you to work on as you identify areas in your life to get better at is goal setting. You can get great at goal setting. Goal setting is not guessing. Goal setting is setting you up so that you have a clearly defined path for the things to accomplish over the next month, six months and a year. Goal setting should be something that you have down as a science because it’s not something that you should be flippant about. You should set goals for your day, your week, your month and your year. I have goals that I set for myself in a few different areas. Number one, physical health. This is something I have not been good at until this year. What are my goals for my health? How much I exercise, what I eat, etc.? Goals for my personal productivity for myself. I have a team that carries out a lot of the work behind the scenes, and my part is the coaching and content creation. So I set goals for those items. The third is my relational goals with my wife, my daughter and how much time I spend with each of them. Get great at goal setting. Your goals, determine your actions, your actions, create your habits and your habits impact your reality.
